3D piece, initial sketches

 To generate the idea of the 3D sketch, just like with the 2D ones, I researched designers such as Iris van Herpen and Davina India, creating a board with photos of my favourite looks. After this I started experimenting with different shapes as a warm-up, which lead me to design the first version of the 3D design I ended up using:

Through class exercises and my own personal work I refined the sketch, experimenting as well:

After this exercise and creating the 3D prototype, I chose the minimised version of the design for structural reasons.
